Wireless Charger + Speaker
The Taiko Charge is a mobile phone charger and a Bluetooth speaker that can be used simultaneously.
Form Inspiration
Taiko Charge's form is inspired by traditional Japanese percussion drums. The side positional poles represent the drum sticks used in the performance and the bottom holder takes its shape from the wooden drum stand. This design simplifies the beauty of the oriental drum and modernizes it for blending into a more contemporary/modern home setting.
The positioning poles are designed with precision to ensure a minimum lost of charging power when the user places their device onto the station, whether vertically or horizontally, charging power stays consistent.
