•Spacing out•

I named this illustration "Spacing out" because I wanted it to be a reflection of my own process of creating.
.
The first part is related to a personal project called "Demon Days Journal" and it represents the "daily normal life", where I must live with my own demon of doubt.
.
The transition to the second part, represents how everything changes once I start listening to music and draw.
.
This is the best part of any type of art - it allows you to disconnect from the real world. You might stress during the process, and want to give up, but you still want to continue and get to that final result. And when you do, you are happy, no matter if it turned out the way you wanted or not, because you realise you have the power to create something new everyday.
.
I started this during the #creativehacksbymirinda workshop.
