reThink Green Rebrand

Brief
The original reThink Green brand did not reflect the organization, its work, or its programs. It had a generic feeling to it with colours that are seen a lot in the environmental sector. The symbolism lacked uniqueness and a tie back into the organization or the communities it serves.

reThink Green wanted to elevate their brand professionalism and have an overall clean look that encompassed all the programs they run and their work.

Solution
The new brand focuses heavily on the northern Ontario, Canada vibe, known for its lakes, waterfalls, nature paths, and forests. The logo says they are a part of this community and brings a closer connection to it. The brand colours reflect this ideology and get a feeling of home to individuals and companies from this area.

The creation process also adds a unique connection to northern Ontario. A tree branch from Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, was dipped in ink, pressed, and digitally illustrated to add an original and natural feeling to the mark.
