Merchant Dashboard is a merchant app used by both owner and staffs to keep track on business transaction on a daily basis.

We conducted user and market research to drive our planning phase.

These are the key insights that defined the launch version of the product:

Business owners and staff will need to review on their business transactions upon received payments. 

Business owners frequently check on their daily and monthly revenue to make sure their business is on track. Multiple outlets or business found that is challenge to keep track on their business performance.

Merchant are unaware of to onboard as a merchant. Lengthy form feeling from website create difficulties for merchant to get onboard.

All business are depended a place to retrieve their business transactions for their monthly accounts.

Allow SME merchants to view transaction history and self-onboard new outlets within the eWallet app. Delivered a payment link feature to collect payments from SME customers without physical visit due to pandemic limitation.
