Proyecto Olimpo is the creation of a new gastronomic experience. This experience is characterized by the design of a set of soft and translucent clouds that vary, both in scale and in shape. These will be used as a connection between food and diners, since the food will be served on the surface of the cloud itself, thus creating an experience close to the representations of divine banquets on Olympus, according to Greek mythology.
