Allowing people like me to use the one for one business model to help my community. All for All connects you and me, me and him, him and her, her and them, them and us, ALL for ALL. 
I personally made this pattern which extends as big as the back of the letterhead and is used to bring all the elements of the program together. 
After you have applied and been approved by the TOMS team, you will receive your participation package in the mail. This package includes a handwritten note from Blake Mycoskie, the business card of your personal liaison, your TOMS canvas flag, a sticker, the ALL for ALL story and a notecard identifying your personalized item.
When you order a pair of TOMS you receive the ALL for ALL flag and a card thanking you for purchasing your shoes in honor of the organization of your choice, whether it be in your community or in support of another community. This is an example of how a Style Your Sole Party was applied to the ALL for ALL program. 
This is an example of how One Day Without Shoes would incorporate the ALL for ALL message.
Aside for the brand book a story was created to explain the program.
A close up of my brand book which was post bound and printed on Monterey Sand Linen paper from Neenah. It resulted in a thick book with hand done type inside.
The wedding TOMS already fit into the ALL for ALL program. This is how it would look visually.
