As a graphic designer for the Map Metwork, later acquired by Nokia, I created these custom maps and guides for tradeshows, locations/destinations, and events. Beginning with our basic branded templates, I incorporated each client's branding styles in designing the layouts and treatments to produce the maps, which served as guides for each particular need. Each project involved heavy amounts of data management and presentation, hypersensitive attention to detail, and overall design and management of the content (text layouts, cover designs, listings, ad layout and management, floor schematics, and map designs and illustrations). Despite the overwhelming amount of initial content on each map, the end results were layouts that clearly and concisely presented the information, guiding the end user through the content and experience.
