| Meefah Homeless Animal Shelter |
“Meefah Homeless Animal Shelter” was founded by Chan Mee Fah, who loved dogs ever since she was a child. Her love for dogs has been a huge part of her life. She took out all her savings to purchase a land of 2 acres at Semenyih. This started the “Meefah Homeless Animal Shelter” that Meefah originally ran. Still, as she grew older, her legs were not as active, and she had to use a wheelchair. This resulted in her being unable to take care of the fur kids alone. During MCO 3.0, they have struggled to obtain donations as they do not have a large following on their social media accounts. Therefore, the donations were fully devoted to their food resource.

"Persatuan Insan Istimewa Cheras Selangor" was established on the 1st of September, 2009. It takes special needs for abandoned people and cares for them by providing a safe roof over their heads. The home contains physically unable to live by themselves, such as people with autism and down syndrome. They now have 40 people in their care who have come from poor or single-parent families. During MCO 3.0, they struggle to keep up with the financial crisis as donations have plummeted.
