We live in a world with so...much...stuff. So instead of constantly buying new items when we already have other things sitting in our closet untouched. "Seek" is an app for discovering, adopting, and giving; it allows users to discover new objects within their geographic location and adopt them while giving away their own items so someone else can give a new life to theirs. Taking a lot of inspiration from the world of dating apps and carnival ticket stubs, "Seek" is built on the common technique of swiping left/ right. Swiping yes or no teaches the app's algorithm about the kinds of objects you are more interested in so that there will be higher chances of object adoption, or in other words, a "match" between you and the potential object you desire. Seek was created alongside my good friends Keshet Cohen and Gal Lazar as part of an academic innovative brief.
