Cuando era joven me gustaba hacer cintas de cassette con playtlist mezcladas. Llevaba su tiempo, porque habĆa que estar escuchando la radio perparado para que cuando pasara esa canciĆ³n que nos gustaba, zas. Darle al REC para consegurla. Los mĆ”s afortunados tenĆan doble casetera o inculso un equipo con vinilo y casetera, eso era lo mĆ”s. Este proyecto quiere recuperar esas cintas grabadas y como en casi todo mi trabajo, amplificarlo para que la gente de la calle pueda escucharlo.Ā

Una serie de playlist escogidas canciĆ³n a canciĆ³n, en sets con temĆ”tica. Los cassettes/playlists ya estan en la calle. OjalĆ” tengas suerte y te encuentres con uno por las calles de Madrid.

When I was young,Ā I liked to do playtlists on mixedĀ cassette tapes.Ā Took time, because you had to be listening to the radio ready, soĀ whenĀ that song that youĀ like get played, bam! You hitĀ the REC button to get it. The lucky ones had dual cassette player or even a sound systemĀ whitĀ vinyl and cassette.Ā That was "the thing".

This project aims to recover these tapes and like almost all my work, amplify it to the people on the street.Ā Ā A series of song playlist selected in themed sets, and randomly spread all over the city.Ā
