This is my graduation animation realised in 2020 for my bachelors degree at KSADA.
The plot of the animation follows the lyrics of the one of Ukraine's most popular folk songs "Nich Yaka Misyachna". The song was composed by Mykola Lysenko with lyrics from a poem by Mykhailo Starytsky.
At the end of the day the man calls his beloved to the grove to rest after work. The character vividly describes the beauty of the starry night and the nature around them and describes his feelings for his beloved woman. At the end of the poem, the man offers the heroine to bring her home in his arms so she won't get her feet wet in the dew and won't freeze.
The instrumental version of the song "Nich yaka misyachna" performed on the piano is used as a soundtrack in the animation.
