Captain Verden Meemo is the villain in one of my comic book stories. As I developed the pages I found myself becoming more and more interested in how he had become so ruthless. This illustration is based one idea I had. Will I draw it out as a comic?

This was also a chance for me to play with Adobe Fresco. It was my first time using that software and drawing on an iPad. Fresco is very intuitive.
