Pollution and how to overcome it
Overview: Create an easy to read cohesive infographic that prevents further pollution to our planet.
Problem: Conveying a simple message with impact about pollution through graphics and supportive text.
Solution: State facts about pollution and provide simple solutions that anyone can do.
Research and Brainstorm: This gave me a chance to research some of the major pollution issues that our planet is facing. With those facts gathered from researching I then sketched ideas on how to visually communicate them.
Development: I then took those sketches and recreated them in Adobe Illustrator and designed the first draft.
Final Design and Thoughts: On the left is a rough draft and on the right is my final design. Early into this project I realized I had no direction and just stated the facts I had gathered from my research. I decided to overcome this problem by stating the fact and following it with a simple solution that anyone can do. I felt this would leave the most impact as it gave the viewer an action to follow the problem.
