Rehabilitation of a 52.000 m2 industrial area of Rome, Flaminio.
The task was to rethink the the usage of the old industrial area which is located in a very artistic neighbourhood (next to Zaha Hadid-MAxxi and to the architecture faculty). The main concept was to use the 3 existing factory halls as new home for the young artists. The buildings provide different type of accomodations in different sizes, and possibilities for open their first new galleries or studios.
