The amazon layout was one of my favorite projects. I loved the way the layout turned out and theme of the Amazon jungle made the project seem even more wild. The cover features a hiker venturing into the infamous rainforest, following the rule of thirds with the pathway at a slight angle. The word Amazon is a shade of green that both blends into the cover (to showcase the mysteriousness of the forest) and stands out to notice it. A total of six pages are featured in order to show the extent of this magazine’s potential. Pages one and two make use of the white space on the left side and feature for text and varying images on the right. Pages 3 and 4 are engulfed by a single photo, the elegance of the photo is the star of this set of pages with text acting as accents. Pages 5 and 6 is almost a repositioning of pages 1 and 2.
