Merope Gaunt Riddle - mother of Tom Riddle, future Lord Voldemort. Had she chosen to live and love her son, maybe things would have turned out very different for Harry Potter, since probably Voldemort would have never come to be.

Lily Potter - mother of Harry Potter. Her sacrifice created a powerful protection spell that kept Harry safe in his youth, and her loving presence is somehow always felt throughout the narrative.

Molly Weasley - became a motherly figure for young Harry, welcoming him into the Weasley family and supporting him in many pivotal moments.

Narcissa Black Malfoy - mother of Draco Malfoy. Though at odds with Harry throughout most part of the books, her motherly love ultimately saved Harry's life when she prioritized her family over her loyalty to Voldemort. A very complex character.
