For this project I had to use audio and video to tell a story, so I decided to create a film about the spirit of California. I chose the song “California Soul '' by Marlena Shaw, to capture the feeling I wanted, and overlaid footage of California's coast, cities, and vibrant activity. I timed the clips to match the music, and adjusted audio levels and applied filters when needed. I ended with a creative transition into my title: "The California Dream."
