My Cup of Tea Truck
This was a sponsored project we did for class that was to be presented to Osbourne Design in San Francisco. We were to create our own food truck. With a group of four girls, we decided to create a food truck that caters to women and tea lovers. We began the project by conducting surveys as to what and why food trucks are booming business here in LA. With the research, we found out that people are more likely to try dessert/sweets truck and people favored the idea of a sit-in section when visiting food trucks.
With these results, we created a modern fusion tea bus. It will serve fusion style afternoon tea in a double-decker bus, which we design to have sit-in sections on the second floor and outside the bus. And since this bus is not the typical "grab and go" food truck, the bus will be located in specific locations (parks, beach, etc) that will have nice scenery for our customers to sit, drink and relax!
