This was an assignment that got entered into the Southern Cross Packaging compitition.

The brief was to redevelop a product that causes issues to people with Arthritis and i was lucky enough that my Nan has Arthritis badly in her fingers, one of the hardest things for her to do is open up cans.

 

This can has a feature that it actually has a screw on lid which uses a double threaded seal to help the product stay fresh and air tight. With the twist lid it also helps with a sustainable issue of being able to re-use the can for other purposes and storage.
