This was my first solo, full overhaul on a big dino. Over 70 holes, ranging from 1 inch to 16 inches, and two toes were re sculpted with upholstery foam, sewn, patched with nylon, smoothed with silicone and paint thinner, and finally the entire body was repainted using a mixture of Coleman Camp Fuel, Winton & Newton Oil Paint, and GE 100% Silicone run through an HVLP Fuji Semi-Pro 2 turbine powered spray gun.

Overall the project was a success as this dinosaur is used in the photo station of it's show and is often reposted on social media by customers. It's completion also allowed us to swap it out with a bigger TRex (Jake) that also desperately needed electrical, mechanical, and body work.

The prop stands 8' high and 15' long. The project took three days to complete and has been a star in the show ever since.
