Refuge for Woodworkers

Refuge for woodworkers

2012 - Fourth semester school assignment. Duration four months.

Abstract to concrete with focus on seriality The assignment dictated us to develop a structure that took inspiration from the structures and seriality of nature. I was given bell pepper to work with. We now developed an abstract form with no context. This evolved into a building that had to be able to adapt to an unknown environment. We then visited a site outside of town where we had to choose the location of the building leading into the final phase when we drew up a building to be a refuge for 10-15 artists with workshops and more.
