Founded in 1973, Patagonia is an outdoor clothing company dedicated to environmental activism. With the establishment of Patagonia Provisions, the company has branched out into the food industry. It has implemented regenerative practices to source foods such as fish, grains, and fruits.

Patagonia Provisions was among the finalists for the 2021 Good Food Awards. The Good Food Foundation organizes the annual Good Food Awards. The awards recognize food brands that excel in taste as well as social and environmental activism.

Two Patagonia products became finalists for the Good Food Awards. The Spicy Buffalo Jerky with Aji Molido Chile was a finalist in the snacks category. Additionally, Patagonia Provisions’ Wild Pink Salmon was among the 12 finalists in the fish category.

The Good Food Award winners were announced on January 22, 2021. The Wild Pink Salmon by Patagonia Provisions won the Good Food Award in the fish category. Winning products receive the blue Good Food Awards seal on the products’ packaging found in grocery stores.
