The projectible dwelling complex is located along the bed of the river White, on the right of its shore in the Western part of Ufa.
The selected area is in immediate proximity to the centre of the city and has satisfactory transport and engineering networks,
which make the place attractive for town-planning development.
Moreover the territory has a pronounced topography with a slope from 5 to 85 % and it includes steep drop-off, pits, excavations
natural shafts, hills and ravines, which now used as a dump for garbage collection. Nevertheless , this area has a considerable
landscape-aesthetic, recreational and environmental resource, that gives a certain advantage over the city type buildings.
The most part of the territory is occupied by residential buildings and structures, which are represented by one-story wooden
buildings. One should also note the fact that the administrative function hassn’t developed, in contrast to the service function,
which on the contrary is oversaturate with private enterprises.
About 30-40 % of the territory is occupied by green area.

There is a theme of the spiral in the basis of planning. This is a traditional symbol found in the culture of many epochs and it
represents the movement, life and development. Historical complexes and settlements were built according to the principle
of the spiral, fox example Arcaim.
