Thaipusam
Parvati gave Murugan a Vel”Spear” so he could vanquish the evil demons.
Thaipusam marks on the murugan birthday. I have to create graphic animation to wish people happy Thaipusam.
Firstly, I got the graphic of Murugan when he was a baby sitting on a lotus holding a spear.
The first thing I need to do is to arrange the layout and color adjustment for 2 backgrounds similar to the channel logo color. I use gradient bright pink and magenta color. Then I add on some Mandala design texture on the background, for the Opener I try it with Glittering sparkling to reveal Murugan appearing from the lotus, later was replace with animation of lotus opening to reveal Murugan which looks more natural. Light was added behind him because he is one of the god, and the text Thaipusam 2021 reveal using glowing particle.
Title page I rearrange the layout and make Murugan smaller on the bottom left and Mandala at the background needed space for producer to key in text.
For the end Page, needed to arrange the logo at the middle and add in the mandala as background.
For the Vaanavil & vinmeen I use gradient dark blue and light blue color for the background
