MOTION CAPTURE SHOWCASE
Monochrome Malaysian Traditional Culture

Object that we’ll be using for our projection mapping is three piece of cloth with two cloth at the sides in the front, and a cloth in the middle slightly at the back. For the theme, we will be exploring:
A black and white animation consisting of Wayang Kulit, Dragon Dance, and Peacock with Indian Dance.
The projection mapping will be done outdoor, a portable projector will be used for the projection mapping.
The first scene will be showing Wayang Kulit. A wayang kulit character picks up a feather from the ground and attach it to his body. Two wayang kulit characters will appear and they all will go to a base of a mountain. The mountain will shake and a dragon will appear from the sky.
The dragon will be stabbed by several spears that will later turn into sticks for a dragon dance. During the dance several zoom in and out effects will be done. The dragon will later spin and transform into a peacock.
The peacock will be featherless at first, but then its feather will bloom until it covered most of the screen. Simultaneously some gaps will appear and in those gaps there will be people dancing indian style. The peacock will fly away and a feather of it will drop down to the ground. It will then loop to the beginning of the video.
