Redesign shoppers app to make it easier and faster to manage the orders.
Problem statements:
- No notification when new order comes
- Cannot check who takes responsibility of each order
- Inconvenient to check the current order from the whole order lists

Solutions:
- Show pop up when there's new order comes
- Show the information of order status and who takes responsibility of that order
- Sorting order lists by time period and newest or oldest
- Show the information of order status and who takes responsibility of that order
- Sorting order lists by time period and newest or oldest
Problem statements:
- For the first step, the fulfillment team have to call and confirm the order with customer first and
it's difficult to find customers info and contact them
- Product types in order lists are mixed and take more time for the fulfillment team to pick
and pack from different type of item
- Inconvenient to see the item detail
- Remember the order lists or take note manually while picking the items
Solutions:
- Show customer info and the contact channels to communicate with customers at the beginning
part of the screen
- Separate by type of product "Dry food/ Fresh food/ Non food"
- Be able to see the big image of the item
- For picking the item, staffs are able to check each item from the app
