The client is an oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic that planned to create tea towels for Quark compresses as a giveaway for its patients (Quark is a German dairy product that is used against inflammation and swelling). 

The briefing asked for an minimal one-line illustration of a friendly grandma that visualizes a connection to "grandma's home remedies". To communicate this idea and theme, I illustrated a friendly looking grandma, wearing an apron whilst mixing curd in a bowl for the compresses.
