台灣文化始終是個多元而複雜的概念，是尚未被定義的名詞。四通八達的地理位置造就台灣的殖民歷史，也豐富台灣人的組成成份。台灣的移民文化、原住民文化、現代文化、新住民文化，我認為全都反映在飲食文化中。

飲食是日常，是最真實的台灣文化，誠實的反映出台灣的包容與多元。不管源自於哪裡，都能在台灣找到一個棲身之地而扎根安生。

Taiwanese culture has always been a complex and dynamic concept, it is a word that has not been defined yet. The importance of geographic position made Taiwan play a significant role in Eastern Asia and world history, which also made Taiwan a long-period of colonial history.

However, I always think the most truthful Taiwanese culture reflects on the culture of FOODS. I believe the value of Taiwanese culture is its diversity and inclusiveness. Wherever you are from, can always find a place and the taste from motherland here.
