I was working with a freelancer as a volunteer whilst placed on the furlough scheme from my employer at the time. This task was the simple generation of copy for an email marketing campaign aimed at a low interest audience, with the objective of getting them re-engaged with our email content. I have blanked out the name of the company just to be cautious.

The campaign includes triggered responses deployed dependant on the actions of the recipient.
