For many years, Ahli United Bank Kuwait had been avoiding advertising in cinemas and focusing its communication mainly on social media.
But seeing that its star savings product "Al Hassad" was having such a good response on social media, the client decided to take the leap with a film to be screened in the cinemas of Kuwait.
The challenge that the client proposed to us was that it was not to be a traditional film, rather that it stood out and explained the benefits of its Al-Hassad account.

The solution:
Instead of appearing in the ads section prior to movie screenings, we made our film appear in the Movie Trailers section. We created a trailer in the style of Ocean's Eleven, where the lines of dialogue subtly explained the benefits of the product. We also incorporated the main premise of the product - that anyone could be a winner.
The result for the product and also for the brand were spectacular, as the product was thereafter recognized as the best product in its category in 2019.
