The location of the building facing the city, accentuated by the perception of the suspended volumes, arouses a certain curiosity in the discovery of its interior - capturing the observer - and inviting entry and its fruition.

At the same time, the project underline the importance of adjacent outdoor spaces that complement the program developed within the building through various activities marked by improvisation and informality. In fact, the public squares around the art center serve as stage for numerous recreational and cultural manifestations, which contribute to reconfigure and reorganize an urban space for the city.
