Illustration Process: Vessel of a Higher Power
This illustration was inspired by a story I have been creating.
I drew this as a means of establishing a visual aesthetic that I can always refer back to.
When starting I knew exactly what I wanted to do so I created a quick sketch and continued on the rest from there.
I decided that I would shade the majority of the project in only hatching.
*The black wings behind the figure were filled in using gradients.
After finishing with the shading I added effects to enhance the image.
