The main concept of this project was to design a bench for parks which a greater integration into the environment than current models. The idea of this semitransparent bench is to not supose an obstacle to the nature that surrounds it, but to convey a feeling of harmony and respect for this, achieving an important reduction of the visual impact.

 

These are some of its main features:

 

Use of less material: the reduction of material means a lighter product to carry and lower cost of transport. When it comes to materials, less is more.

 

Modularity: a modular design makes the product easier to expand and repair, and this facilitates their reuse or recycling.

 

Easy disassembly: the less complex the better. The simple but clever design reduces the number of screws and anchoring elements and the ones which remain are more homogeneous and accessible.
