Japanese Knives
I visited Japan in February 2020, just before the world went sideways. One of my stops was at Tower Knives in Osaka, where I picked up this Suncraft Kawashima Elegancia Utility Knife that's become my go-to in the kitchen.
Because I couldn't help myself, I also picked up my new favorite paring knife, by Kasumi. The blade is lethally sharp and I'm pretty sure it could cut through this slate if given the opportunity.
