Two years ago I created two posters for national coming out day. A day where those who identify themselves along the lgbt spectrum come out to friends, family and so on. The reason was two fold: First I could not imagine the quality of life you would live hiding who you are and secondly more people that are out the more social acceptance society has.

 

This year I wen an illustration route, combining thoughts on community and how coming out is also and act of growing. I've used the morning glory and dandylion as visuals. The piant texture was sourced from Lost and Taken, and the field image was from Zwaddi, thanks to both sources for providing such high quality free stock images.
