The honey hive is designed to seamlessly transition from a functional storage container to a decorative serving dish. When the honey hive is being stored, the glass honey pot and porcelain lid stack on the porcelain base and are concealed by six flower petals. For serving and entertainment, the flower petals fold down and hold foods that accompany the honey. The glass pot can be set to the side to reveal a LED lighting system in the base which, when illuminated, provides a warming glow throughout the room.
