Entrefios
O triângulo foi definido como forma a ser trabalhada no projeto,
sendo ele o disparador para as pesquisas e desenvolvimento
da luminária.
The triangle was defined as the form to be worked on in the
project, being the trigger for the research and development
of the luminaire.
Para testar as angulações da luminária e sua forma final, foram feitos mockups em papel e papelão. Durante este processo, foi percebido que as faces do material não teriam sustento para ficar no ângulo desejado. A solução encontrada foi utilizar um fio que amarrasse as faces, mantendo-as no ângulo correto.
To test the angles of the luminaire and its final shape, mockups were made on paper and cardboard. During this process, it was realized that the material faces would not be supported to stay at the correct angle. The solution found was to use a thread that would tie the faces, keeping them at the angle.
Para produzir a Entrefios, o mockup planificado foi usado para realizar o desenho da forma desejada no ACM. O material foi cortado com uma tupia, utilizando guias de madeira para o corte ser retilíneo. Nesta etapa, os cortes foram feitos para produzir os vincos e o formato da luminária.
To produce Entrefios, a planned mockup was used to carry out the design in the desired way in ACM. The material was cut with a router, using wooden guides for the cut to be straight. In this step, the cuts were made to produce the creases and the shape of the luminaire.
Os furos para passagem dos fios foram demarcados e realizados
com uma furadeira (broca de 4mm).
O furo para encaixe da lâmpada foi realizado com uma serra copo.
The holes for passing the threads were marked and made with
a drill (4mm drill).
The hole for fitting the lamp was made with a hole saw.
Para dobrar as faces da luminária, foi usado um soprador térmico
para aquecer os vincos. Este processo permite que o material

To bend the faces of the luminaire, a thermal blower was used to
heat the creases. This process allows the material to be
folded without breaking.
A peça foi lixada para retirada de rebarbas e depois teve seu
lado interno pintado de preto. A parte elétrica foi instalada
e o fio foi entrelaçado.
The piece was sanded to remove burrs and then had its inner
side painted in black. The electrical part was installed and
the wire was interlaced.
