Land art gives insight into nature's process's, form, diversity and flow. It brings a unity to my mental, physical and spiritual journey.
I often task myself with entering the wilderness with the objective of random land art creation with whatever I find on my path. Sometimes the results are not recorded, for they all vanish very quickly, these are just some prints from this years little wanderings.
These "sketches" give me so much insight and pleasure as I loose myself in the profoundness of the little things, following the movement of creation and being part of its journey. Having such a direct way to interact, play with and appreciate nature is very rewarding. I hope these prints inspire you...
I take guided ecological hikes in the most beautiful environments, national parks and reserves in Southern Africa that engage and immerse you with land art processes, ethos, ecology and documentation. If you would like to participate, please make contact.
