Overview
Problem: It’s rather nerve wracking as a grad student rotating around a financial institution. To introduce students rotating into the Service design team, some of which might not encountered the discipline before, we created a course to ease them into it.
The 2-week course was designed to familiarise themselves with the methods used and then to apply them to a financial problem.
