For the Bombay Sapphire's "Stir Creativity" campaign, I created two animated videos to answer this question.
The video was made with a mix of different techniques, combining motion graphics, 3D elements and frame by frame animations.
The brushstroke effect was created by animating the textures on the main elements of the video frame by frame.
