Hearing Health Hub (HHH) is the vision of two Clinical Audiologists to provide home visit audiology consultations as a response to COVID-19 restrictions in Manila. 

They aim to solve the difficulties of clinic-based fitting of hearing aids, where they fail to replicate the real-world listening situations of people with hearing loss by providing home service diagnostic testing and management.

I was tasked to create a Brand Identity for HHH including Verbal and Visual identities (Logo, Color, Typography) that will help them stand out from established competitors in the industry and help communicate their commitment to high-quality service. Here is the result of our collaboration. 

Early on in our collaboration, we established a brand personality for Hearing Health Hub: the efficient, accessible, and non-judgmental friend you can count on.

From there we identified simple guidelines on how HHH can address their clients:

- The brand’s voice should be that of a reliable friend, keeping an approachable and professional tone.

- The brand voice should address its customers with you, as if speaking directly to the client.

e.g. We’re hear for you! Speak with us about your hearing concerns and we’ll find the best solution.

Then we moved to the fun part... creating visual identity.

We started with some initial logo sketches playing with the shape of an ear and the letter H.

After several revisions, we came up with a minimalist drawing of an ear with a BTE hearing aid formed with one line with rounded caps.
