Imagined as an anti-tourist guide, PAPIER is halfway between a travel book and a guide to local life. Combining confidential addresses and portraits of artisans, chefs, producers and local artists, PAPIER is a tribute to the committed movement which revalorizes the "terroir" and sharing. This hybrid guide introduces you to the gems that make the Basque Country vibrate all year round.
