COMMA INSURE
Comma Insure is a on-demand insurance product underwritten by Mutual & Federal Risk Finance. It’s flexible insurance, which allows users to switch cover on and off as they
need it, enabling them to only pay for the cover they use. We designed the product UX,
design and development of the website, as well as managed all the marketing collateral and project management. The launch was supported by social media, an internal launch to staff, as well as an influencer marketing campaign.

… A fully integrated website with chatbot functionality, which allows clients to manage their own insurance as they need it. There are 8 categories of items to choose from giving a broad range of cover to consumers. The chatbot feature gives consumers the freedom and flexibility to manage their insurance cover at their own leisure with their finger-tips.
The marketing campaign included a social media drive as well as influencer campaign, an internal staff launch featuring internal marketing communications, brand activations, an SEO/PPC launch as well as a explainer video providing guidelines for consumers to activate their insurance and manage it effectively according to their on demand insurance needs.
