2013/Pro Loco Mandria di Chivasso
"Una Frazione di Tempo" is a photo exhibit about the history of a small village close to Turin: a big project that took part in the first months of 2013.
The project involved the collection of more than 400 photos - that the population gave inside of an envelope distributed months before - and their postproduction and big-size printing.
The exhibit took place during the annual spring festival that last 3 days.
Along with the material collection, we realized graphics, signage and place set-up, mostly with historical and recycled furnitures.
Phase 1/Collection
Door by door distribution of the envelopes in which people could put their photos. Each envelope contained instructions and a promotional flyer.
Phase 2/Promotion
The promotional phase involved the creation of a facebook page (through which people could send further material) and the distribution of posters and flyers.
