Mississippi Timeline
This timeline displays the events that led to the state flag change in Mississippi. This timeline is to be shown at the Massachusetts state legislature for the proposal to change the Massachusetts state flag.
During this project, I led a research team to gather information starting in 1861 with the introduction of the Magnolia flag all the way up to 2020. Independently, I developed a design to best allow the panel to view events that occurred, as well as provided information from the MI archives department on what their best practices were to complete such a project.
This project took place over Fall 2020 and was commissioned by Senator Jason Lewis, the North American Indian Center of Boston, and Mass Humanities.
