We all have visited or heard of Atlantic City, but have we really seen it's beauty?
This coastal city, know for it's casinos and boardwalk has so much more to it. It's beginning in the distant 1853 when it's first hotel, the place became a prime real estate country.
Atlantic City reached it's peak when the famous boardwalk was built, and along the boardwalk the huge casinos, resorts and hotels were build, replacing the common houses. This was happening in the early 20th century, know as the radical boom where hotels like Ritz Carlton, Ambassador, Brighton, Chelsea popped out along the most visited place in Atlantic City.
With having all the infrastructure to become one of the most interesting cities in the United States, the prohibition era allowed it to flourish. When alcohol was banned everywhere, the backrooms of nightclubs and casinos were filled with people enjoying a drink while dancing with prostitutes.
Everyone was coming to Atlantic City to enjoy the forbidden fruits making it earn its nickname "The World's Playground"
Now imagine this, you are sitting in a nightclub like the famous Paradise Club, with a drink in your hand, filled with gangsters, rich folk coming to visit and everyone is having the time of their lives.
Those were the golden times of Atlantic City.
The most famous casinos in the world
As I mentioned earlier, Atlantic City is famous because of it's casinos and it's boardwalk, now if this refence put a smile on your face, than you must have loved The Boardwalk Empire.
When we talk about casinos in Atlantic City, we are talking about the best of the best, casinos like The Golden Nugget, Tropicana Casino, Bally's Casino, the Hard Rock Casino, Vegas Nights, Harrah's and many others. Previously there were a lot more, but casinos like Sahara, Trump Plaza, the Original Hilton casino MGM Grant were unfortunately closed, some of them sit as empty slots or are being demolished, but some of them got renamed and reopened.
Now since the times are changing and we live in a much more digital world, these famous casinos offer the opportunity to play and gamble on their online sites. Many of them own a website offering the same opportunities, even more with bonuses and coupons to lure it's clients. Casinos like Harrah's, Caesars, Tropicana Online Casino.
Even though it's available online, the extravaganza of the casinos currently attract 30 million tourist annually, and to be honest most of them visit for the chance to try their luck and try this one of a kind experience.

The Boardwalk
The boardwalk was build on June 26th 1870, making it the first of its kind in the United States.
It goes from Absecon all the way through to Ventnor City, with length of 8.5 kilometers or 5.5 miles. Along the way you are able to enjoy and sightsee hotels, casinos, enjoy the best restaurants in the city, visit many shops and antique shops, also visit the attractions like the House of Blues or the Boardwalk hall.
