For one of my design classes, I was challenged to fill in three mandalas with three different color schemes to practice use of color. I was challenged to make one with monochromatic colors, one with complementary colors, and one with triad colors. I began my process by going to colors.adobe.com and using the color wheel tool to find my color schemes.

After I had my color schemes selected, I downloaded mandala templates provided to me by my professor and selected the three designs that I wanted to use form my mandalas. I then applied the color schemes to the mandalas taking care not to place any color in a shape that was already filled in that color.
