Concept: This piece is simple but close to my heart. I had plans of coloring it but given the concept, keeping it as it is seemed better to me. The concept is about prejudice. "Prejudice is an affective feeling towards a person based on their perceived group membership." - as a foreigner living abroad, I have had the "privilege" of seeing negative prejudice first hand. When we perceive a person based on prejudice, we fail to look beyond the preconceived facade of that person and as such, never acknowledge the person for their true self.
