UBER-SPORTIFY BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP:


The study aims at conducting the research based on the strategic partnership of two renowned multinational companies- Uber and Spotify. It is beyond the doubt that both firms have different roles in the business community, but their mutual interest brought them together in a comprehensive business deal. Uber is a ride and trip service that provides its users a great platform for a save and time saving travelling within or outside the towns or cities. Its working is based on a special application installed from google and apple play stores.
 On the contrary, Spotify is a stereo music account in which users can listen to millions of songs of different languages. Both the tech giant companies Uber and Spotify signed a partnership deal on November, 2014..  It was a part of a deal that the users have to pay additionally 10$ a month to continue its account operated in Uber car without any interruption. Moreover, the user has the monopoly over the stereo system of the riding car throughout the journey, and he can play any song of his interest without the interference of the Uber captain, but the captain has an exceptional right to control the level of volume according to laws and regulation. It is estimated that Uber generated its revenues close to 2B$ with the collaboration of Spotify in the annual report of 2014.
This led to further advancement in the current technology of the world to make a small business into giant marketing. Not only the opportunities were placed for Uber employees but many well-known singers got the fame through this service as more and more subscribers listen their songs online. Thus, the singers earned extra money through online subscription of their accounts and music bands.
Basic working of the Account:
Once you match your account with the Uber captain who has an access of the Spotify stereo music, then you will get the screen of music bar at the bottom.
Secondly, you have to tap the given music bar for signing up or logging into the existing accessed account which has to be premium for uninterrupted services.

In case of Uber, it was just a riding service in its starting times, but with advancement of the online systems across the globe, it collaborated with Sportify to entertain its customers in their short and long journeys. 
It is further evaluated that the mutual strategic deals are a good source to fill the unemployment gap of the country. As in the case of Uber-Sportify deal, many drivers, electricians, mechanics, computer experts, singers, commercial property dealers got the big opportunity. Furthermore, the kind of notion paves a way not only for youngsters but for every single individual without gender discrimination. 
Also, both car hailing tech Uber and stereo web Spotify have quite a similar thing between them. Firstly, they both are well funded public start-up companies that can be promoted to any areas of the city with the online subscription of their users. Secondly, they both operate in a very simple way, and are popular applications in both google and apple play stores. Thirdly, their services provide users a benefit of renting their vehicles and selling of sound systems with greater profits.
Benefits of the Uber-Spotify deal:
Uber subscribes or users can listen to any song if they have a premium Spotify account.
There is a single account that connects both Uber and Spotify in a much better way.
Drivers have an advantage to opt whether to listen the music or not.
It is unlike a traditional cab service connects the users just with the application, and the drivers or captains have no interference in customers matters.
The overall operating system works on the conduct of online softwares, and the captain has to drop the user in a places location while following the best suited routes to the destiny properly in a google map.
Users can listen the songs without any advertisement in the online track.
It is a win on win partnership that provides both the tech giant companies Uber and Spotify a great profit as it is recorded in 2017 that they enhanced their revenues with the addition of 2B$.

  According to Uber`s perspective, the duo partnership of Uber and Spotify persuade the users to use the Uber service for ride, and it creates a good facility for Uber over its competing tech firms such as Lyft and also over traditional taxis.
In terms of subscribers, this deal paves a way for both the companies to share their users and add to their account. Both the tech applications got the best subscription after this mutual partnership and strategic deal.
Risks in mutual partnership of Uber and Spotify:
One of the major risks of the tech mutual partnership is the risk of cyber security. Today, the world is compacted on a single chip system in online work. While considering the case of Uber and Spotify deal, it seems that the data would be easily shifted to hackers if not properly secured from evil technologies. Before this deal, the users or subscribers of Spotify had not to share their online location while travelling. But after this deal, the users have to connect with GPS (Global Positioning System) in their trip that could lead data leakage of the users.
Secondly, the traditional people who used to run their families while driving simple cabs or taxis could be easily added in the list of unemployment. This could happen just because of the sharing of the users of both the companies. For instance, if a Spotify user is not connected with Uber application`s account, and has to travel on a simple cab or taxi then it would provide the bread to the common, simple and traditional man who run his family and is dependent simple on its vehicles.
Thirdly, the shifting of habit and routine due to the online services is that people started depending on the online services, and had forgot the good habit of reading the books during their journey. Before such advancements in the technology, people used to travel in a creative way while observing their surrounding nature and miracles of the creations of God.
The lose of communication skill is one of the current societal dilemmas that destroyed the social behaviour of the people in the current scenarios due to the technological interference as in the case of Uber and Spotify deal.
Conclusion:
In a nutshell, the mutual partnership and strategic alliances could be more efficient in a current technological scenario as mentioned earlier the case of Uber and Spotify giant tech deal. On one hand, this deal paves a way to bigger profitable security, and a good opportunity for the users of both tech applications. Additionally, it connects the global communities such as singers, electricians, mechanics, and drivers smartly through a simple online system. On the other hand, it creates a technological gap between the traditional taxi or cab drivers and modern online users. Furthermore, it also risks the users` personal data in the evil hands of hackers if not secured properly. Thus, this sort of mutual partnerships and strategic deal could have pros and cons in the small or multinational businesses.
