The solution was the concept "Zhigulevskoe from the 90s". The prerequisites are the romanticization of the 90s, nostalgia for those “cozy times when we were teenagers” for those born in 1980-90. Western identity of the 90s is a symbol of success and prosperity for the post-Soviet person, for those who were born in 1980-90.
